Biocent Scientific India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a diligent and proactive Security Officer to oversee the safety and security of our pharmaceutical production facility. The Security Officer will be responsible for protecting company assets, ensuring a secure environment for staff and visitors, and enforcing security protocols in line with industry standards. This position is critical to ensuring the integrity of our manufacturing processes, safeguarding sensitive materials, and ensuring compliance with regulatory safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Continuously monitor the premises using surveillance equipment, including CCTV, and conduct regular foot patrols to maintain a secure environment. Manage access to restricted areas of the facility by verifying identification, issuing visitor passes, and controlling entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access. Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies, including fires, medical emergencies, security breaches, and accidents, ensuring safety protocols are followed and escalating incidents to the relevant authorities when necessary. Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to prevent theft, vandalism, and any form of unauthorized activity. Ensure the security of pharmaceutical products and raw materials. Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; security-related certifications (e.g., Certified Protection Professional, Security Officer training) are preferred. Previous experience in a security role, Previous security management experience or leadership in a similar role. Strong understanding of security systems, surveillance tools, and access control procedures. Familiarity with emergency response protocols and fire safety procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm and decisive in emergency situations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of integrity and discretion, particularly when dealing with sensitive or confidential information. Ability to perform regular patrols and respond to emergency situations promptly. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on the needs of the business. Native Candidates only Preferred (Kannur only) and should be ready to travel extensively Preferred age less than 35 Years.

Pay: ?230,000.00 - ?330,000.00 per year
