Key Responsibilities:
Planning and organizing daily visit schedules to meet healthcare professionals
Maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and clinics
Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets within assigned territories
Presenting detailed product information to doctors and healthcare professionals
Organizing and conducting medical workshops and continuing medical education (CME) programs
Providing scientific literature and clinical trial data to support product claims
Gathering competitive intelligence about rival products
Tracking prescription patterns and market trends
Preparing reports on market dynamics and customer feedback
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
