We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Business Associate (ABA) to join our team. The ABA will be responsible for driving business growth, enhancing market presence, and managing relationships in a designated geographical area. The role requires a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position is essential for expanding market reach and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the designated area Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. Ensure all business activities in the area align with company objectives and standards. Act as a point of contact for all busiess matters within the assigned region. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred). 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field. Prior experience in a regional or area-based sales role is an advantage. Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to analyze market data and identify business opportunities. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing market conditions. High level of professionalism and integrity. Native Candidates only Preferred ( Kasaragod only) and should be ready to travel extensively Age limit up to 35 years only
