Job Description

Sales Strategy & Execution

: Develop and implement territory-specific plans to meet sales goals, covering channel partners, EPCs, and direct sales.

Channel Management

: Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors, dealers, and system integrators for consistent growth.

Business Development

: Identify new opportunities, generate leads, and drive sales for residential, commercial, and industrial (C&I) solar solutions.

Team Leadership

: Recruit, train, and lead a sales team to achieve targets.

Client & Partner Relations

: Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, offering tailored solutions.

Market Analysis

: Monitor trends, competitor activity, and pricing to maintain a competitive edge.

Reporting & Forecasting

: Prepare sales reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management.

Coordination

: Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and technical teams for seamless operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,604.99 - ₹55,777.21 per month
