DesigNiche Architecture is a design studio offering

architecture and interior consultancy

. We are looking for a

Site Supervisor

who can ensure our design intent is correctly executed on site by clients' contractors and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit project sites regularly to

monitor work progress

as per approved drawings and details Ensure

design intent, materials, and finishes

are being followed by contractors Coordinate between

client, contractor, and design team

Prepare BOQs. Identify on-site issues and provide timely feedback to the design office Check site measurements, levels, and finishing details Maintain

site visit reports, progress photos, and coordination updates

Support the design team with

as-built verification and on-site decisions

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in

Architecture / Interior Design / Civil

2-4 years

of experience in interior/architectural site supervision Ability to read and interpret

AutoCAD drawings and working details

Good understanding of materials, finishes, and design coordination Strong communication and reporting skills Own conveyance preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Rohini, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Bachelor's (Preferred)
