Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on research, zoning review, and preliminary site plans for new projects
2. Work on schematic designs, 3D models, building permit applications, and construction documentation of residential and commercial architecture projects
3. Create high-quality architectural drawings, renders, and presentations
4. Create and maintain technical documentation
