We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Architect
to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the execution of architectural projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural designs and detailed drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
Prepare 2D plans, 3D models, and realistic renders for client presentations.
Collaborate with civil engineers, site engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance.
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide design solutions.
Coordinate with vendors and consultants for materials and finishing details.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, building codes, and construction technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
0-2 years of experience (freshers with good design skills are welcome).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or Revit.
Strong design visualization and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of building regulations and construction processes.
