Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Lonavala location. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of professional experience and will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are safe, sustainable, and meet Della's high standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis and design for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and construction teams to develop innovative structural solutions.
• Prepare detailed engineering calculations, reports, and drawings.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve any structural issues or challenges during construction.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for material specifications and construction techniques.
• Participate in project meetings, providing technical expertise and support.

Job Expectations:
Qualifications:

• Proficiency in structural analysis software (such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, Revit Structure).
• Strong understanding of IS Codes and local building regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with luxury or high-end residential/commercial projects.
• Knowledge of innovative materials and construction technologies.
• Project management skills will be an added advantage.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum Job Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in structural design and construction supervision.
