Job Description

Assist senior architects by drafting plans, creating 3D models (Revit, SketchUp), preparing presentations, researching materials/codes, attending site visits, and learning project documentation (RFIs, submittals) from concept to construction, gaining hands-on experience in design, technical drawing, and firm workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Support:

Help develop concepts, sketches, and schematic diagrams.

Documentation:

Produce and revise detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and specifications using CADD/BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit).

Modeling & Visualization:

Create 3D models, renderings, and presentation graphics

Research:

Investigate building codes, materials, products, and sustainable practices.

Site & Project Management:

Conduct site visits, document conditions, track progress, and support construction administration (RFIs, submittals).

Collaboration:

Attend meetings, take minutes, and work with project teams and consultants.
Essential Skills & Requirements:

Enrolled in or recent graduate of an accredited Architecture program. Proficiency in CAD/BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD). Strong design, communication, and organizational skills. Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
