About the Role:

Gautam Shewa Architects is looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and hands-on Architecture & Interior Site Supervisor to manage on-site execution of architectural and interior works.

This role is critical in ensuring that site activities are executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, timelines, and coordination requirements. The Site Supervisor will act as a key link between the design team, contractors, vendors, and site Labour.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Execution:

Supervise day-to-day site activities for architectural and interior works Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQ Monitor progress and timelines ? Identify and resolve site-level issues to avoid delays and rework.

Drawing & Design Coordination:

Read and interpret architectural & interior drawings Coordinate with Architects / Interior Designers Ensure alignment between drawings and actual site execution

Labour & Contractor Management:

Ensure quality, discipline, and safety Supervise Labour and contractors Ensure discipline, safety, and work quality on site

Material & Vendor Coordination:

Ensure dedicated storage room at site Maintain and issue materials to contractors Ensure first aid box and basic site setup before work start Check CCTV / site cameras installation and functionality Compare quotations from 3-4 vendors and select best option Monitor material requirements as per work progress Check quality and quantity of materials delivered at site Control material wastage and maintain basic stock records

Quality Control & Safety:

Ensure quality standards are maintained for all site works Monitor finishing quality for civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc. Ensure site safety practices are followed by all workers

Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare daily / weekly site progress updates Maintain site records, measurements, and photographs Support billing and measurement verification as required

Coordination & Communication:

Coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, and Designers Handle site-level communication with clients when required Ensure smooth handover of completed work

Candidate Requirements:

Diploma in Architecture / Interior Designer Minimum 2-5 years of site supervision experience (architecture/interior projects preferred) Ability to read and understand architectural & interior drawings Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills Good communication skills Willingness to work on site and manage multiple activities Prior experience in residential, commercial, or healthcare projects will be an advantage
