Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their project goals, preferences, and functional needs.
Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and detailed project proposals.
Create technical drawings, schematics, and 2D/3D renderings using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar programs.
Select and specify materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes while staying within project budgets.
Manage project timelines, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and oversee the installation process.
Conduct site visits to ensure design integrity and quality control.
Stay up-to-date with current design trends, materials, and industry best practices.
Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience (3years)in interior design, with a portfolio of completed projects.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
