Job Description

Quantity estimation of various trades of projects of overseas clients. Review proposal specifications, plans etc. to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate,view schedules of projects being estimated. Quantity Estimation of architectural trades (roofing, flooring. Paint, insulation, Windows, lighting fixtures) of for contractors based in USA, Canada and Australia. Consult with clients to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues Review addendums of projects already done and make changes to the estimate accordingly.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate should have good understanding of architectural plans, sections and elevations. Candidate should be able to read and understand English. Candidate should be able to work under pressure. Selected candidate will be trained on estimation software and estimating methodology.

We offer flexible work timings. Selected candidate will be on probation for 6 months and performance will be reviewed after every 6 months. Provident fund and ESIC will be deducted
