Architect / Civil Engineering / Draftsmen.
Key responsibilities
Develop and present project plans, designs, drawings, and 3D models.
Work closely with interior designers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate translation of design concepts into technical drawings.
Utilize industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant tools to create precise and detailed drawings.
Understand client requirements and present creative design proposals.
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and contractors.
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Select and specify materials and finishes.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address issues.
Incorporate sustainable and innovative design principles.
Maintain project documentation and prepare reports.
Ensure quality control and craftsmanship standards.
Apply out-of-the-box thinking to solve design challenges and enhance creativity in all projects.
Qualification: -
Degree in Architecture / Diploma or degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in drafting, preferably in interior design, architecture, or theme park design. experience in big area landscape designing and hands-on experience with contour planning
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, precise drawings.
Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills for collaborating with design and engineering teams.
