### Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Civil Engineer or Architect with a strong background in high-rise residential and commercial building projects. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in project estimation, planning, and AutoCAD drafting, and must be able to independently manage technical aspects of high-rise construction.

### Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate project cost estimates, BOQs, and material requirement sheets for high-rise buildings*.

Develop and track project schedules*, timelines, and progress reports using MS Project/Primavera (preferred).

Create, modify, and review architectural and structural drawings in AutoCAD*.

Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and local authorities.
Conduct site visitsto verify progress and ensure adherence to drawings and safety standards.
Assist in tender preparation and quantity surveying.
Maintain detailed project documentation and assist in preparing as-built drawings.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental and safety regulations.

### Key Skills Required:

Proficiency in AutoCAD*, MS Excel, and project planning tools.

Strong knowledge of estimation and planning for high-rise buildings*.

Excellent understanding of structural and architectural detailing*.

Familiarity with construction norms, materials, and techniques used in high-rise projects.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Communication skills to coordinate across stakeholders and teams.

### Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture*.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience*, preferably in high-rise construction.

Familiarity with local building regulationsin Gujarat / DNH region.
