Summary: As an Architecture Assessment Practitioner, you will engage in the execution of architecture assessments across various dimensions, including infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to identify weaknesses and opportunities, contributing to discovery assessments, and supporting the Lead in formulating actionable recommendations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the architecture aligns with organizational goals and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform architectural decisions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM. - Strong understanding of architecture frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with process mapping and optimization techniques. - Ability to analyze complex systems and provide strategic recommendations. - Familiarity with data governance and management principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
