Summary: As an Architecture Assessment Lead, you will be responsible for leading the execution of architecture assessments across various dimensions, including infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process. Your typical day will involve defining the assessment scope, engaging with clients to gain their agreement, and conducting thorough discovery assessments. You will analyze findings and provide actionable recommendations to address identified weaknesses and capitalize on opportunities for improvement, ensuring that the architecture aligns with best practices and client objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights and foster collaboration among stakeholders. - Monitor and evaluate the implementation of recommendations to ensure effectiveness and alignment with strategic goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .NET Architecture. - Strong understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns. - Experience with cloud computing platforms and services. - Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies. - Ability to assess and recommend technology solutions that meet business needs. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in .NET Architecture. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
