Lead architectural design across all phases - from concept development to construction documentation.
Ensure adherence to design standards, local building codes, and regulatory requirements.
Guide and review design for optimal space planning, sustainability, and aesthetics.
Coordination & Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (MEP, structural, civil, planning, sales) to ensure technical integration.
Coordinate with external consultants, architects, and contractors to align design intent with execution feasibility.
Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure architectural alignment with positioning goals.
Project Delivery:
Manage timely delivery of design packages for approvals, tendering, and construction phases.
Monitor progress versus schedule and design budgets; proactively mitigate delays or issues.
Support site teams by resolving design-related concerns during execution.
Regulatory Approvals:
Oversee preparation and submission of drawings and documentation for statutory approvals.
Ensure all plans comply with local authority regulations, zoning codes, fire norms, and environmental standards.
Quality & Compliance:
Uphold safety, quality, and sustainability standards across all design outputs.
Encourage the use of advanced materials, systems, and technologies to improve design outcomes.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of in-house architects and coordinators.
Allocate resources effectively and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institute.
Registered Architect (per COA norms or equivalent).
Minimum 10 years of experience in architecture and design management, with at least 5 years in high-rise residential projects.
Strong command of tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, MS Office, and BIM workflows.
In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning norms, NBC, and green certifications like IGBC/LEED.
Strong communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.
