The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture, excellent design skills, and a desire to learn and contribute to real-world projects. As an Architectural Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced architects and designers on various stages of projects, from conceptual design to construction documentation. Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing conceptual designs and presentations.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to produce detailed drawings and renderings.
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations.
- Assist in preparing construction documents and specifications.
- Participate in project meetings and site visits.
- Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and other design software to create and edit architectural drawings and renderings.
- Contribute ideas and solutions to design challenges.
- Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Architecture or related field.
- Strong design and visualization skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
- Knowledge of architectural drafting standards and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
