Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

Architectural and Interior Draftsman

to support our architectural and interior design team in producing accurate and detailed technical drawings. The ideal candidate should be proficient in CAD software, have a strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles, and be able to translate conceptual designs into technical documents for construction and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed

architectural

and

interior design drawings

including plans, elevations, sections, and details. Develop

working drawings

,

shop drawings

, and

as-built drawings

for ongoing projects. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and engineers to ensure drawings comply with design intent and building codes. Interpret conceptual sketches and convert them into technical CAD documents. Assist in

material take-offs

,

BOQs

, and

3D visualization support

(if required). Revise and update drawings based on feedback or site conditions. Ensure all drawings are accurate, organized, and submitted on time. Maintain drawing standards and document control procedures. Perform site visits and take measurements when required.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. Proven experience (typically 2-5+ years) as an Architectural or Interior Draftsman. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

is a must; knowledge of

Revit

,

SketchUp

, or

3D Max

is a plus. Strong knowledge of building construction, interior detailing, and architectural standards. Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with local building codes, construction techniques, and interior fit-out processes. Experience with

MEP coordination

in drawings. Capability to generate

3D models

and presentation drawings (optional). Basic knowledge of

Photoshop

or

Illustrator

for presentation purposes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
