AAEIMAA, Inc.

has offices in Texas, USA, and Bhubaneswar, India. It offers several products and services (Building Architectural Products and BIM - Rivet Drafting) in the Architectural Engineering Construction (AEC) vertical industry in the North American market. Over the past 7 years in business, it has many innovative products and services for its customers in the building construction industry. AAEIMAA is looking to add an Architectural Engineer for Project Management (Bill of Material and Bill of Quantity)Estimator for the USA Commercial Building Project.

Review and analyze project drawings to prepare detailed Bills of Materials (BoM) and Bills of Quantities (BoQ), and project estimates. Interpret construction-ready drawings, specifications, and project documents to extract critical details. Create CAD drawings using Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit software. Collaborate with the sales and leadership teams to prepare quotes, proposals, and reports. Draft Signage Fabrication drawings in AutoCAD. Provide project tracking and weekly status updates as part of shared team responsibilities.

Job Location & Timing

Bhubaneswar, Odisha. In-person job. Monday to Saturdays, 8 am to 5 pm

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Tech or B.Arch preferred). A diploma in Architecture can also apply. Proficient in AutoCAD. (1 year Required) Proficiency in using business/technical software like MS - Office products, MS Project, and other CAD software.

Excellent Spoken and Written English competency is a must.

Salary, Perks & Bonus

Salary is Rs. 10,000 per month for a Junior or entry-level qualified architect. Project success incentive and performance bonus. 6 months of probation
