Job Description

The Senior Architectural Engineer will take the lead in design initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and ensure that all projects adhere to the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

Design Leadership:

Direct the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring innovative and sustainable solutions are implemented.

Client Collaboration:

Engage with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements, translating these into detailed design proposals.

Project Management:

Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Technical Expertise:

Provide advanced technical guidance on building systems, structural analysis, and construction methodologies.

Collaboration:

Partner effectively with architects, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure alignment and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance:

Review and approve design documents, specifications, and construction drawings to ensure adherence to industry standards.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architectural Engineering.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural engineering.

Skills:

- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM).

- Strong project management and leadership capabilities.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
