We are seeking a skilled Design Draftsman with hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting, detailing, and creating accurate drawings for interior design and fit-out projects. The role involves translating design concepts into detailed construction drawings, working closely with project managers, architects, and interior designers to ensure precise execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce detailed, accurate drawings for interior fit-out projects (layouts, elevations, sections, and details).
Work closely with design teams to ensure drawings align with design intent and project specifications.
Review and update drawings based on client feedback and design changes.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure correct interpretation of drawings.
Ensure all drawings meet relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Collaborate with project teams to solve design and technical challenges during project execution.
Assist in material and finishes selection based on design requirements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in drafting and detailing for interior fit-out projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
Strong understanding of interior design principles, construction processes, and building codes.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Good communication and team collaboration skills.
