About Us

SNC is a South Delhi-based builder and interior execution firm. We have traditionally outsourced design work and are now building an

in-house interiors & execution team

to handle end-to-end residential and commercial projects including our own Residential Construction Projects in areas like GK-1, Defence Colony, South Extension, Niti Bagh, Safdarjung Enclave.

We are looking for a practical, execution-oriented Interior Designer who can create working drawings and coordinate directly at site with vendors and contractors.

Role & Responsibilities

Prepare

AutoCAD working drawings

for interiors based on Design concepts & 3D models layouts, electrical, furniture, ceiling, flooring Convert concepts into

practical execution drawings

Coordinate with: carpenters electricians vendors site supervisors Take

site measurements & BOQ assistance

Ensure drawings match site conditions Support project manager in: material selection vendor follow-ups client coordination Handle revisions as per site changes
Skills Required

Strong command on

AutoCAD (mandatory)

Understanding of: interior materials joinery details modular furniture Basic knowledge of: electrical points civil coordination Practical mindset over theoretical design
