Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and working drawings
Develop drawings as per design concepts and project requirements
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams for drawing modifications
Ensure drawings comply with relevant standards, codes, and specifications
Revise and update drawings based on site inputs and client feedback
Maintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (Drafting specialization preferred)
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
(mandatory); knowledge of Revit/SketchUp is an added advantage
Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction detailing
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work under minimal supervision
