Industry: Architecture / Construction / Real Estate / Interior Fit-out

The Architectural Construction Draughtsman is responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, construction documentation, and detailed shop drawings based on architectural design concepts and project specifications. The role ensures coordination with architectural, structural, MEP, and site teams to support smooth project execution and compliance with building standards.

Technical Drawing & Documentation

Prepare architectural drawings, construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD

Produce detailed plans, sections, elevations, joinery details, and material specifications.

Convert concept designs and sketches into full technical drawing packages.

Coordination & Compliance

Coordinate drawings with Structural, MEP, and Interior teams to ensure design alignment.

Revise and update drawings based on comments from architects, engineers, consultants, and authorities.

Ensure drawings comply with local authority codes, regulations, building standards, fire & safety rules.

Support the submission process for building permits and authority approvals.

Project Support & Documentation

Maintain and organize all drawing records and document logs.

Assist in preparing BOQ quantities, measurement sheets, and material take-offs.

Provide technical support to site teams for clarifications and resolving drawing conflicts.

Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, site execution processes, and detailing.

Experience with architectural detailing such as doors, windows, ceilings, finishes, joinery, stairs, waterproofing, etc.

Familiarity with authority standards (e.g., municipality, fire codes).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
