Draughtsman

with experience in architectural and municipal drawing preparation for real estate development projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare

detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections

using

AutoCAD

. Coordinate with

architects, engineers, and consultants

to ensure design accuracy and compliance with relevant building codes and regulations. Develop

3D models and visualizations

for client presentations using

SketchUp

or similar tools. Revise drawings based on

site feedback, consultant inputs, and client requirements.

Assist in preparing

construction documents, working drawings, and BOQs

for residential and commercial projects. Support the

site execution team

with technical drawings, clarifications, and updates as required. Prepare and manage

municipal approval drawings

and documentation for submissions to local authorities. Conduct

site visits

to verify drawing implementation, capture redlines, and issue

as-built drawings

post completion. Perform

BMC site surveys

and ensure drawings comply with

municipal and regulatory norms.

Prepare

MHADA working drawings

and maintain

tenant lists

for approval and redevelopment projects.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

,

SketchUp

, and MS Office. Strong knowledge of

architectural detailing, building codes, and municipal standards (BMC / MHADA).

Ability to interpret and coordinate

architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

Good communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.

Qualifications:

Diploma / ITI

in Civil or Architectural Draftsmanship.

Bachelor's degree

in Civil or Architecture (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:

4 to 6 years

of experience as a

Draughtsman

in a

Real Estate Developer Firm

(residential and redevelopment projects preferred).
