key Responsibilities:

Prepare

architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details

using AutoCAD. Convert sketches and conceptual designs into accurate working drawings. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams for technical details and revisions. Ensure all drawings adhere to architectural standards, codes, and client requirements. Prepare

presentation drawings

and

as-built drawings

as required. Maintain drawing records, revisions, and version control. Assist in preparing

3D views, layouts, and material details

if required. Support design team in preparing

municipal submission drawings

and

construction documentation

.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

(essential); knowledge of

Revit / SketchUp / Photoshop

is an advantage. Strong understanding of

architectural detailing and building design principles

. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Good coordination and communication skills. Attention to accuracy and detail in drawing work.

Preferred Background:

Diploma in

Architecture

or

Civil Engineering

. Experience in

residential, commercial, or institutional building projects

.
