Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare

architectural and interior drawings

based on conceptual designs and instructions from the Sales team.

Coordinate with

architects, structural engineers, contractors, and consultants

for project execution and documentation.

Assist

civil engineers

with necessary drawings and information to support the preparation of

estimates, specifications, and BOQs

.

Conduct

site visits

for measurement, verification, and supervision as required.

Ensure all drawings comply with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.

Manage and update

AutoCAD/Revit drawings

, ensuring accuracy and version control.

Handle

2-3 projects

simultaneously while maintaining timelines and quality standards.

Communicate effectively with clients and team members to resolve design and coordination issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
