Job Title: Architectural Draughtsman

Software Skills: AutoCAD, Revit (basic), SketchUp

Job Summary:

The Architectural Draughtsman will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, 3D models, and detailing for building projects. The role involves close coordination with architects and design teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD Create 3D models and basic BIM models using Revit (basic) and SketchUp Prepare detailed drawings and presentation layouts Coordinate with architects, structural, and MEP teams for integrated design Update and maintain as-built and revision drawings Support in design documentation and visualization for client presentations Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, codes, and standards

Required Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, basic Revit, and SketchUp Good knowledge of architectural drafting and detailing Ability to interpret architectural concepts into accurate drawings Attention to detail and strong drafting accuracy * Good communication and coordination skills
