Job Summary (List Format):
- Prepare technical drawings for modular buildings in accordance with company standards and project requirements.
- Revise drawings and resolve comments/queries from clients as needed.
- Develop deliverables such as equipment layouts, architectural and structural layouts.
- Generate Material Take Off (MTO) based on detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure clash-free architectural and structural drawings.
- Maintain, update, and correct drawing files as directed by engineers.
- Participate in 3D model reviews and utilize 3D software where required.
- Explain technical deliverables to construction teams and provide construction support as needed.
- Attend project meetings (daily/weekly) as required.
- Perform any additional responsibilities as assigned.
