ur growing residential building design company is seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsperson to finalise detailed project documentation. Due to continued growth within our company, we are looking to add an experienced team member in a full-time capacity.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

Prepare detailed drawings and plans using ARCHICAD Software. Demonstrate an understanding of drafting, building and architectural principles. Ensure that all the documentation is well-organized, labelled, and easily accessible for the construction team. Review and revise drawings based on feedback from the design team, clients, and regulatory authorities. Having a keen eye for detail & quality

Skills and Experience

Must hold a minimum of ASSOCIATE DEGREE OR DIPLOMA A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar building and construction environment. Strong working application of main functions of AUTOCAD & ARCHICAD Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, accurately and confidently with colleagues and clients. Ability to work independently.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month
