We are seeking an experienced Senior Draftsman with a minimum of 3 years of comprehensive drafting experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in creating accurate and detailed technical drawings, possessing a deep understanding of drafting standards and practices. As a Senior Draftsman, you will be a key contributor to the success of our projects, ensuring the precision and quality of our design documentation.

Responsibilities:

Technical Drafting:

Produce detailed and accurate technical drawings, plans, and schematics using industry-standard drafting software. Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and project requirements.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to interpret design concepts and translate them into detailed drawings. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior drafting team members.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough reviews of drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project specifications. Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the drafting process.

Project Coordination:

Work closely with project managers to understand project requirements and timelines. Coordinate with other disciplines to integrate various design components seamlessly.

Software Proficiency:

Demonstrate expertise in industry-standard drafting software, including AutoCAD and other relevant tools. Stay updated on the latest advancements in drafting technology and incorporate new tools as applicable.

Qualifications:

Education:

Diploma or degree in drafting, engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

3+ years of professional drafting experience, preferably in architectural or engineering projects.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software. Familiarity with 3D modeling tools is a plus.

Attention to Detail:

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality drawings.

Communication:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively communicate technical information to team members and stakeholders.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ?420,000.00 per year
