We are seeking a skilled

Architectural Draftsperson

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD and experienced in producing detailed architectural and interior drawings. You will work closely with architects and designers to translate concepts into precise, buildable plans and documentation.

Responsibilities:

Create accurate and detailed architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD Develop construction documents, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings Interpret architectural concepts, sketches, and design briefs Coordinate with architects, designers, and consultants to ensure accuracy and completeness Revise drawings based on feedback and markups Maintain drawing standards and organization of project files

Requirements:

Proven experience as a draftsperson in an architectural or interior design setting Proficiency in AutoCAD (required); familiarity with other design software is a plus Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and interior fit-out drawings Ability to understand and interpret architectural and construction drawings Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field Experience with local building codes and construction practices Experience with 3D modeling software (SketchUp, Revit, etc.) is a plus
