Key Responsibilities

Prepare

2D architectural drawings

including floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings. Develop

detailed construction drawings

for execution purposes. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and engineers to understand design requirements. Modify and revise drawings based on feedback, site changes, and client inputs. Prepare

as-built drawings

after project completion. Ensure drawings comply with

local building by-laws, standards, and codes

. Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings. Assist site teams by providing technical drawing clarifications when required. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

(mandatory) Basic knowledge of

architectural construction methods

Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications Knowledge of

building materials and detailing

Basic understanding of

3D software

(SketchUp/Revit - added advantage) Good coordination and communication skills Diploma / Degree in

Architecture or Civil Drafting

1-4 years

of relevant experience (freshers with strong skills may apply) Experience in

residential and interior projects

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
