Should be able draft in CAD software. Knowledge of Municipal Drawings and Working Drawings is expected. Should be eager to learn and implement new learnings.
Cursory or advanced knowledge of Sketchup is preferable.
Working knowledge of Word, Excel is required for few tasks on the job.
Regularity and sincerity is expected.
