17 years of experience

. We have completed projects across

Kerala, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu

. We are currently looking for a skilled

Architectural Designer /Draftsman

to join our team.

Qualifications

Diploma / ITI in Architectural Drafting or Civil Drafting AutoCAD certification is preferred

Experience

1 to 3 years of relevant experience Freshers with strong drafting skills may also apply

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of

AutoCAD (2D drafting mandatory)

Understanding of architectural drawings such as plans, elevations, and sections Knowledge of working drawings and construction details Basic understanding of

local building rules and standards

Ability to work accurately as per architect's instructions Good coordination and time management skills Knowledge of

SketchUp or Revit

is an added advantage Basic knowledge of

MS Office

Good communication skill

Job Responsibilities

Prepare architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and details Develop working and construction drawings for site execution Revise drawings based on design and site changes Coordinate with architects and project team for drawing updates Prepare drawings for approvals and site use Maintain proper documentation and drawing records Support the design team with drafting and detailing work
