Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Architectural draftsman /CAD technician to be part of our Architectural department. Requirement: 1. Candidate should have a minimum of 2-7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of architectural drafting work with architectural or engineering consultancy firms. 2. Should be an ITI /Diploma in Civil or Diploma in Architecture 3. Experience with industrial work would be preferred. 4. Candidate must be fully proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Sketch-up. Other graphic software will be an added advantage. 5. Candidate should have a good understanding of building and construction elements, material & construction process, and must have a strong flair for Detailing. 6. The Draftsperson is responsible for the preparation of architectural designs and drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT, and ensuring that design drawings conform to specifications provided 7. Must have knowledge of Elevation, Section & Working Drawing. 8. Ability to work in a team environment and meet project deliverables in a timely manner. 9. Understanding the architectural concept in close coordination with Architect and prepare client presentation material or Good for construction drawings. 10. Taking charge of internal co-ordination with different disciplines on schematic level architectural plan for main plant & ancillary buildings for structural work and all services like mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc. Revit knowledge will an added advantage. Candidates from Gujarat will be preferred. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 920,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month Benefits:
