Seena Homes is a reputed Turnkey Interior Design Firm seeking a talented and detail-oriented B.Arch Architectural Draftsman with 0-6 months of experience in architectural drafting, specifically in luxury residential and high-end commercial projects.

Only B.Arch Freshers (0-6 Months) can apply for this post.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate architectural drawings, layouts, and working plans using AutoCAD and relevant software. Work closely with architects, designers, and execution teams to ensure alignment with design intent and site conditions. Modify and update drawings based on project changes and client feedback. Maintain organized drawing documentation and assist with presentation materials when required. Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other design tools is an added advantage. Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and interior finishes. Strong communication and time-management skills. A good eye for detail and luxury aesthetics. Familiarity with custom design elements
