we are looking for a talented

Architectural Draftsman

to join our team and contribute to the preparation of architectural drawings for a variety of construction projects.

We are seeking a skilled

Architectural Draftsman

to work alongside our design team, assisting in the preparation of architectural drawings for steel structure projects, with a focus on

PEB systems

. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of architectural drafting and experience with AutoCAD or similar design software.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, and sections, using AutoCAD or similar software. Draft designs for various types of buildings, with an emphasis on

PEB systems

. Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet project specifications and regulatory requirements. Modify and update drawings as needed, based on design feedback and project changes. Ensure all drawings are clear, accurate, and comply with building codes and industry standards. Participate in project meetings to communicate design details and resolve any drafting-related issues.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Architecture or a related field. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

and other design software (Revit, SketchUp, etc.). Experience in architectural drafting, with preference for

PEB

projects. Knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and architectural details. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting. Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
