Job Summary:
We are looking for an Architectural Draftsman with 0 to maximum 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. The fresher with good knowledge of Autocad 2D can apply. The candidate will work closely with architects and designers, producing detailed drawings and plans that translate conceptual designs into buildable blueprints. The ideal candidate is meticulous, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Drawing and Drafting:
Produce detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
CAD Software:
Utilize CAD software to create and revise drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Collaboration:
Work closely with architects, designers, and engineers to understand project requirements, and incorporate feedback and revisions into drawings.
Document Management:
Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and other project documentation.
Compliance:
Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Site Visits:
Participate in occasional site visits to gather measurements, verify existing conditions, and ensure accuracy in the drafting process.
Qualifications:
Education:
Diploma or degree in Architecture Drafting, or a related field.
Experience:
Fresher or maximum 1 year of experience in architectural drafting or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in CAD software, with familiarity in additional tools such as SketchUp, Revit, or similar being an advantage.
Attention to Detail:
Strong focus on precision, detail, and accuracy in drafting.
Communication:
Good verbal and written communication skills in Marathi , Hindi or English with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Time Management:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
