Key Responsibilities
Preparation of
detailed architectural working drawings
(plans, sections, elevations, details)
Development of
GFC (Good for Construction) drawings
Coordination with
site engineers, architects, consultants, and contractors
Incorporation of
site-based changes and revision management
Preparation of
area statements, door-window schedules, and detailing drawings
Assisting in
approval drawings
and submission documentation
Maintaining
drawing standards, layers, scales, and documentation accuracy
Supporting senior architects in resolving
design and execution-related detailing issues
Ensuring drawings comply with
local by-laws
Preferred Experience
Residential towers, mixed-use, or commercial projects
Mumbai or metro-city project exposure (if applicable)
Coordination with MEP and structural consultants
