Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Draughtsman / Architectural Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will help create technical drawings, 3D models, and renderings for residential/commercial projects and assist in design development under the guidance of senior engineers/architects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare 2D drawings, plans, elevations, and layout drawings using AutoCAD. Develop 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp and render or present models using Lumion (and Photoshop for post-processing / presentations). Assist in preparing drawing sets for client presentations, approvals, and execution. Work closely with senior engineers/architects -- incorporate feedback, revise drawings, and ensure accuracy. Support basic structural / civil details (if required) using civil engineering knowledge. Maintain drawing documentation, organize project files, and assist in coordination
