Job Description

Responsibilities

Produce accurate, well-coordinated interior documentation across all project stages --
primarily Schematic Design (SD) and Design Development (DD)

Prepare interior plans, furniture layouts, RCPs, lighting, electrical, and plumbing
drawings (SD level).

Develop detailed floor plans, sections, and elevations describing finishes and materials
(DD level).

Create enlarged details for bathrooms, joinery, ceilings, and wall finishes. Maintain coordination with architectural and MEP models. Incorporate FF&E layouts and built-in furniture elements into architectural drawings to
ensure full spatial coordination

Integration of fire, HVAC, lighting, plumbing elements into final coordinated sets Produce and issue Revit and PDF drawing packages for internal and client reviews. Ensure all drawings follow project standards, naming conventions, and quality control
requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Diploma in Architecture or Interior Architecture. 5+ years of drafting experience for interior design or architectural projects, preferably
high-rise or large-scale.

Advanced Revit proficiency (mandatory); knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus. Strong understanding of interior construction logic, ceiling/floor coordination, and millwork
detailing.

Knowledge of FF&E integration, material junctions, and typical detailing logic. Awareness of local Indian construction practices and ability to adapt global design details
to regional methods.

Excellent attention to detail, precision, and consistency in documentation. Full understanding of interior documentation standards for SD and DD phases. Strong graphic presentation within construction documentation -- line hierarchy, hatching,
annotation consistency.

Knowledge of layering conventions, naming standards, and file coordination protocols. Fluent in English
