About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled

Architectural Draftsman

with 8-12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of preparing detailed architectural drawings and documentation for

large-scale commercial and residential projects

. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate closely with architects, designers, and consultants to deliver high-quality drawings on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed

working drawings, construction documents, and shop drawings

for commercial and residential projects. Translate design concepts into precise technical drawings that comply with building codes, bylaws, and industry standards. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of drawings. Maintain and organize project documentation and drawing sets. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all drawings and details. Review and incorporate feedback from design and site teams. Stay updated with industry standards, materials, and construction techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Architecture or related field. 8-14 years of experience working on

large-scale commercial and residential projects

. Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) and working knowledge of Revit/BIM preferred. Strong understanding of building codes, bye-laws, and construction detailing. Excellent attention to detail, precision, and ability to work independently under tight deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills.
