We are looking for a
Drafter cum Visualizer
who is passionate about architecture and visualization. The ideal candidate should have strong technical drawing skills combined with the ability to create compelling 3D visualizations that communicate design intent clearly and creatively.
You will collaborate closely with architects and designers to bring conceptual ideas to life -- both technically and visually.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed
architectural drawings
, layouts, and working plans using AutoCAD or similar drafting tools.
Develop
3D models and photorealistic renders
using SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software.
Work on
design presentations
, mood boards, and visualization outputs for client communication.
Coordinate with architects to ensure accuracy and consistency between drawings and 3D visuals.
Support the design team in both
conceptual and technical stages
of projects.
Manage project files, drawing sets, and ensure timely delivery of outputs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Drafting or equivalent.
2+ years of professional experience
in architectural drafting and visualization.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion / Enscape, Photoshop
.
Strong understanding of
architectural detailing, scale, and presentation aesthetics
.
Ability to work both
independently and collaboratively
in a design team.
Good communication skills and an eye for design detail.

Combination of online collaboration and in-office work at our Bangalore studio.
