Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative

Architectural Designer

with expertise in

3D elevation, interior design, and visualization

. The ideal candidate should be able to conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality architectural drawings and 3D renderings for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Create

3D elevations

using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar software. Design

interior layouts and concepts

as per client requirements. Develop

realistic 3D renders, walkthroughs, and presentations

. Coordinate with clients, architects, and project teams to finalize designs. Ensure designs are practical, functional, and aligned with project budgets. Stay updated with the latest trends in architecture and interior design.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in

Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop

(or similar tools). Strong knowledge of

architectural detailing and interior design concepts

. Creative thinking and excellent visualization skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Mogappair West, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

Interior design: 2 years (Preferred)
