Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect / Interior Designer to join our design studio. You will be responsible for concept development, space planning, 2D/3D drawings, material selection, and coordinating with site teams to ensure flawless execution. The ideal candidate should be passionate about residential design, have a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate client needs into beautiful, functional spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural and interior design concepts for high-end residential projects

Create 2D working drawings, 3D models, presentations, and mood boards

Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color palettes

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and site teams to ensure design execution

Supervise site works to ensure alignment with design intent and quality standards

Prepare BOQs and assist in budgeting and procurement

Stay up to date with design trends, innovations, and materials

Work collaboratively with the design and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design

0 to 5 years of professional experience in residential architecture/interior design

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office (Revit or Lumion is a plus)

Strong knowledge of design detailing, materials, and site execution

Excellent design presentation and communication skills

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Based in or willing to relocate to Chennai
