Job Description

Planning and Design:

Architects develop designs that meet client needs, function effectively, and comply with relevant regulations.

Construction Oversight:

They oversee construction& interior projects, ensuring design adherence, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Client Collaboration:

Architects work closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into practical designs.

Technical Expertise:

They possess strong analytical, technical, and creative skills, including knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Documentation:

Architects create blueprints and other technical documents for construction.

Project Management:

They may manage budgets, schedules, and project delivery processes.

Specialization:

Architects can specialize in various areas like residential, commercial, industrial, or historic preservation architecture
