Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts.
Develop 2D and 3D design presentations (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and design preferences.
Prepare working drawings, detailed drawings, and measurement drawings.
Assist in design development, material selection, and BOQ preparation.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and site teams.
Ensure design accuracy according to building standards and regulations.
Make revisions and updates as per client or management feedback.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's / Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or similar tools.
Good design sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
Ability to prepare detailed drawings and site measurement drawings.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Experience in residential/commercial design preferred.
