Experienced Technical Drafting Team Lead with strong expertise in joinery and interior fit-out detailing, and solid understanding of fit-out standards. The candidate will be responsible for producing accurate shop drawings, production drawings, and detailed joinery documentation for manufacturing and site execution.
Requirements:
Minimum 8-12 years' experience in Architectural Design (Interior)
Strong knowledge of joinery detailing, materials, and production processes.
Good understanding of joinery and fit-out construction standards and specifications.
Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit / SketchUp is an advantage.
Ability to review, coordinate, and manage technical drawings.
Good communication and email skills.
Ability to lead a team and ensure timely output.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and allocate workloads to the drafting team.
Prepare and review shop drawings and production drawings..
Coordinate with the Technical Head (Dubai office) for all project-related alignments.
Submit a daily report on drafting team progress and productivity.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all drawings.
